We see you are currently on Package 12 (Integrated Advanced with MBO). In order to get the Denali data, you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (Packages 10, 11, and 12), therefore you are fine now in terms of the package (the original package you chose - package 5 (Base Advanced) would not allow you to get the Denali data). But you need to finish setting up the Denali data for your account. For the CME Group data follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges If you need data for the EUREX, CFE, or NASDAQ TotalView, then you would follow the directions at the following link to get these setup: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges We also see that you are not connected to your CQG account yet.
