Try using prerelease version 2475. We did not identify the problem but removed some unnecessary messages. If there is no longer a problem we do not know why because there were no changes made that would have resolved the problem but we are no longer noticing it. This would indicate that you installed Sierra Chart to the desktop: One other thing after my beta SC install was it left 7 files on my desktop which is weird, username, data, version.
