John - thanks I actually figured it out. I have SC set to open 6 chartbooks (all the same or so I thought) so I sent you two of them. Looking in the logs one chartbook had a custom study that was causing the CPU exception. Removed it, reinstalled latest pre-release and all is good. Thank you
