We do see that you have selected to have the system renew to Package 11 for 6 months, but we do not see a payment being made in order to cover the cost of the renewal.

Just so you are aware, your Usage Time is set to end on January 24, 2023.
Also, just so you keep this in mind - the exchange fees are separate from the Usage Time and the exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. There are no provisions for purchasing multiple months of the exchange fees like there is for the Usage Time (except to put enough funds in your account to pay for however long you want).
