Hi John, This issue seems to be intermittent. You need to enter the Interactive Brokers symbol for the particular instrument in the Trade and Current Quote Symbol field. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol menu) For the above, I do not have charts opened for most of the symbols. Just have them in the quote board. I sent a message log as part of post #12. Perhaps you can check that message log instead. |
