Dear support of SCH, I am very sorry that cooperation between SCH and IB for the benefit of customers is hanging. Until November 2022, I was satisfied with the use of your services. Since then, however, it has been a constant problem, which gives me the impression of your reluctance to cooperate with each other ( SCH x IB ). In addition to the solution offered above, I would also expect, for example, a discount for the duration of the problem. Data collection is more important to me, so I don't want to change their provider. I consider your service a suitable addition. So please comment on the proposed discount for the mentioned difficulties. Thank you, Marie. |
