have i to contact Gain Capital for problems about trading ? Yes. And keep in mind that Gain Capital is no longer "actively supported" by Sierra Chart. Meaning that we can not give any support for issues, and if Gain Capital makes changes that require an update on our end, then it is not going to happen and you will simply not be able to work with Gain Capital through Sierra Chart.
