May I avail myself of phone support or remote assistance - for which I am very willing to pay extra? I realize support must be very busy and is a valuable resource. Sierra Charts has my email on file and we have previously communicated via email on a limited basis, so it is easy to reach me there to set this up if possible. Much appreciated.
