Whenever you change your Current Selected Service and select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window, you are presented with a question on whether you want to change your symbols or not. If you select Yes, then the symbols are changed for all open Chartbooks at that time. If you do not do this, or if you need to change symbols for a different chartbook, or whatever the situation is, then you can select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to have the symbols updated for the current selected service.
