Sierra Charts Support, I just lost the data feed for all pulling/stacking data, as well as DOM data after a restart that followed my testing of an alert that inadvertently exceeded email message limits, and also sent me ~100 SMS messages (which I funded). I'm still sorting through how that happened, but I am alarmed to see that after restarting SC and the Windows server I run it on that I no longer receive any pulling/stacking or DOM data. Did I cause this with the messaging issue above? If so, I understand why that needs to be better managed, and how can this pulling/stacking/DOM data issue be remedied? Please advise ASAP. Thank you.
