You are not missing anything. As you can see from your data, this is not a highly traded instrument. There are many bars where you are showing a quantity of 1 within the 10 second period. Therefore, the fact that you are missing some time periods is only because there was no trading during that 10 second period. If you increase your bar period to 1 minute, then it will not be so glaring. Or, you can turn on the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Include Columns with No Data in order to make each 10 second period show up.
