The first thing is to connect your Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers account. It sounds like you stated you did this, but our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, if you have not already done the following, then please go through the Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to Interactive Brokers:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

Next, you can get data from either Interactive Brokers or from us (Sierra Chart). We have seen issues with the Interactive Brokers data, and you will see a partial list of what we have seen at the following link:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Interactive Brokers Market Data Problems

If you are going to use the Interactive Brokers data, then there is nothing more you need to do. Just be sure you are connected to the TWS software and you should be fine.

If you want to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, then follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You do need to keep the TWS software running on the same computer on which you are running the Sierra Chart software.

When you place a trade in Sierra Chart, it will show in both systems.
