This is the problem: F.US.USAH23 120 Min #9 | Failed to get dates from Intraday data file. The first thing we want you to try is to make the chart for F.US.USAH23 the active chart in Sub-Instance 2 and then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This should resolve the issue. But, if it does not, then you will need to exit from that instance and go to the 'Data' folder for that instance (typically it would be located in "C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2\Data", but this may vary depending on your setup) and then manually delete the file named 'F.US.USAH232.scid'.
