Bar Close and Bar Open colors are not not changing whether I am in Global graphic settings or chart graphic settings. I submitted a pic of when I am linked to Global graphics, I can change the width of the close but the color does not change. I did not use Sierra Charts screen shot as I wanted to add both settings for your viewing. Also, would it be possible to add an ARC tool such as in Tradingview. This simple tool is the only reason I have to use Tradingview as a separate platform to maintain marking momentum limits found in RSI. I've attached a very short video of it in action over RSI.
