The columns are there, but you do not have the option for the Vertical Lines that separate the columns to be displayed. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Show Market Data Column Vertical Lines (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns) Additionally, it looks like you do not have any Market Depth data for that symbol, so you do not have anything showing in the columns. With regards to saving the columns, as long as you have saved the Chartbook that contains that chart, then when you open it again that chart should show the columns.
