We see that you have activated the CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book exchange. But in order to get the data from the CME group at the non-professional rate, you still need to connect your Sierra Chart to your active, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the information here:

And if you are not going to stay connected to your trading account, then follow these instructions:

If you tell us what trading service you are using, then we can point to the proper instructions to connect to that service.

With regards to the fees, just keep in mind that the Exchange Fees renew on the first day of each month, whereas your Sierra Chart fees are due on the date from when you last activated the system.
