Thanks to this thread I got things to work very nicely. Here is what I did: -Start IB Gateway, choose IB API, Login -Go to Configure/Settings/API: make a note of the 'Socket port' (in my case 4001) In Sierra Chart - Go to Global settings/Trade Service Settings - in the server field changed 7496 to 4001 (the port number I found above) - enter username and password - ticked the 'connect on program startup' - clicked OK That's it. |
