We need to point out that you are either getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed or from Rithmic. You are not getting a mix of both. As long as you have a verified trading account (which you do through December 16, 2022), an active Denali exchange (which you do - the Full CME Group with Market Depth), and the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes (we can not tell this, you have to check), then you are getting the Denali data and not the Rithmic data.

As to whether you need to keep RTrader open, we do not think so, as you connect to the Server that is selected in the Data/Trade Service Settings. You are not connected to a local copy of RTrader.
