I have a laptop which I'm grooming for live trading. Today @ 13:47 (log below) it lost connection to the server, and apparently didn't attempt a reconnect. Data/Trade Service Settings / Common Settings / Reconnect on Failure is set to "Yes", so I don't believe that's the issue. @14:53 I opened it from the lock screen with my password, and at that moment it reconnected, but not before, although it was not asleep. I set it up, as far as I can tell, identically to another laptop which I have been testing 24/7 for 6 months, and that laptop has never had this problem. Could you please help me understand why between 13:47 and 14:53 Sierra Chart did not make an attempt to reconnect?
