First, check your Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if there are any messages regarding why your Target and Stop did not go to the exchange (look for rejection messages). You can post your log here for us to look at if you like.
Second, check your Trade Activity Log to see what is stated with regards to your Target and Stop and see if there is information in there on what may have occurred.
Third, check with your broker to see if the Target and Stop got transferred to the exchange properly (assuming these were standard Target and Stop and not specifically Client-Side options). See if they have any information on why they may not have been transferred.
