When the charts are loading, a red box appears saying "download failed / error downloading historical intraday data for GCG23_FUT_COMEX. Historical data file not available for symbol". This has now been resolved for COMEX. "download failes / error downloading historical intraday data for SEVERAL SYMBOLS. Historical file not available for symbol". If you still have a problem:I am on Denali Version 2448 routing CQG and Broker AMP. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
