I have an account with Ironbeam, which allows me to authorize the CME group market data. I've been using Rithmic the same way for several months and this is the first this has come up.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? I've checked my account via Ritmic and everything is fine.

I log into the data services via Teton CME Order Routing once a month to qualify for it. I can't remember if I did this month, could this be happening because of that?
