TOV uses CQG data and routing. I would presume that you'd need to get the credentials from TOV and tell them what you want. In the recent past, I was told by a funded trader firm that uses TOV that it was possible. They also said they would be an additional $15/month charge plus $0.15/side cost. I'm just a user not SC support.
