You should not have done anything with regards to the symbols. Did you enter a custom symbol for "CHPT-NQTV"? If so, then we are curious as to why. If you need a symbol for CHPT-NQTV due to some setting within the symbol that you want to have defaulted a certain way (such as the Tick Size or the Session Times) then make sure you duplicate another symbol that has the -NQTV on it and then update the particular settings you want to ensure that you do have all the correct settings for the new symbol.
