I have Denali (SP12) + NASDAQ Totalview and trying to get MBO data for symbol CHPT . I've followed instructions for adding a custom symbol in global settings but still getting no MBO data and error message "invalid symbol". Either I'm doing something wrong or this symbol isn't available for MBO data because it's listed on NYSE? Basically wanting to know if MBO data is limited for equities that only trade on NASDAQ? Or should MBO data be available for equities listed on any exchange? I already understand the volume issue, just wanting to know specifically about MBO. |
