My problem persists even after following the above steps. I get an unhandled exception error while resetting child windows. I do have 2 instances of sierra chart installed on my machine. the other behavior is that while I am drawing a tool say a line, while I am dragging to draw the line the compact tool shows. the moment I let go of the mouse and complete the drawing the compact tool windows disappears.
