Good morning:
I am having the same issue, followed the steps recommended in this post and still no luck. The issue has persisted since I downloaded the evaluation version last night. I left the app open for 1 hour assuming it needed time to download. I left the default settings, so it is only downloading 10days worth of data.
Please advise.

**I just checked the data folder listed in the file path below. The file was created (AMD-NQTV.scid) but it's only 1KB
