Hi Support - So I activated option 18 - NYMEX with market depth as the exchange data today as I'm keen to trade Crude Oil and / or Micro Crude Oil, however I am still unable to see live data when I access the charts. I intially received the following warning message: "Download Failed. Historical Data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed" and then subsequently can only see empty charts. I have confirmed with AMP futures that the CQG link is operational, and they have advised the issues is likely to be with a Sierra Chart configuration. I can see the data on the charts if I switch back to delayed data. thanks |
