What glitches and were these glitches reported to us and resolved by us?
One had to do with data not being transmitted for about a couple of minutes on 10/27 because you guys were moving your servers: Important Notice: Denali Data Feed Infrastructure Updates The other had to do with the message rate limit being too low: https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?ThreadID=77976 Both were resolved expeditiously. |
