In the screenshot you are showing pre-market data, so gaps and sporadic trade would be normal. The timer is not glitching either, it is just updating based on trade activity. Maybe volume is lower today too, due to thanksgiving weekend? Edit: If the text color was black, you wouldn't see the zeros, which in the screenshot you clearly do.
