Take a look at your Trade Activity Log and make sure you have All Activity selected in the upper left filter and be sure to select Apply if you had to change it. Then look through the information to find where those orders are removed and there should be information in the "Order Action Source" for what occurred.

If you can not find anything in there, then take a look at the Trade >> Trade Service Log and see if there is any information in there about why the orders are being removed/rejected. Although we would be very surprised if there is anything in this log, as you say you are running a replay and in simulation mode, so there should not be an error.
