I re-read and studied this documentation you've linked half a dozen times before my previous comment. I apologize for being a slow learner, but as best I can determine, although the term "destination chart" has been mentioned there, this patient response of yours is the very first time anyone has indicated that we need to START this process FROM the "destination" chart. Thank you for your generous help.
