Yes you can: 3. can I copy my SC settings from my local PC to that win server and it will work? As far as what you require from a virtual machine, you just have to make your own determinations. But It should be at least 6 fast cores, with 16 GB of memory and hundreds of gigabytes of solid-state storage. A dedicated server would be better though.
