The broker/FCM responded and told me, the limit portion of the stop limit order, has to be higher (for long entry) or lower (for short entry) than the stop trigger price. Is there another method/order type I can use to have a stop limit trigger, then a limit order is placed with -1 tick offset of the trigger stop price? For example: On the NQ, buy stop limit is at 11699.50, and buy limit order is -1 tick offset at 11699.25 when price hits 11699.50. Thank you. |
