It is not necessarily the name of the account. It is one of the accounts you would see listed in the drop-down list for accounts on the Trade Window. Eight characters is not too much. An issue like this would be on the Rithmic side: "Order modification failed (InternalOrderID) / Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to modify. Internal order ID: XXXX. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: NQZ2.CME. They are not acknowledging the order. It is not something that is within our control and it is quite clear, the issue is with the external trading service.
