The reason you are not getting the MBO data for the ES symbol is because you are not signed up to get the Market Depth data for that symbol.

You have the following exchange activated for your account:
- Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts

Which does not include Market Depth.

If you just want market depth for the CME exchange (just the one exchange, not the full CME Group) then activate the following exchange in addition to what you already have:
- CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($11.00 per month)

If you want market depth for the entire CME Group, then you will want to deactivate your current exchange and activate the following:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts

Note that exchange fees are not refundable (as the exchanges do not give refunds), therefore in the last case you will pay the full amount for the new exchange and not get any refund for the old exchange.
