What AMP is stating makes absolutely no sense. The message you are receiving is from CQG. It is specifically stating that your CQG account has been disabled. If AMP is telling you that it is not, then either you are using the wrong CQG login information on your Sierra Chart, or your account is disabled.

In either case we have absolutely no control over this. You enter the CQG information into your Data/Trade Service Settings window on your local copy of Sierra Chart. We have no control over, or any way to change this or make any modifications to it. It is completely under your control.
