Hello, I recently renewed my account. I connected the account with rithmic for an evaluation account with Bulenox. It is connecting fine and I can open candlestick charts; also, Bulenox checked on their end and told me everything is fine on their end. Can someone please check if there is a reason I cant load the number bars? Note: When I change the connection to the sierra all data, the number bars populate. When I switch back to rithmic, the number bars dont load. I will try and attach a screenshot of the error message. incase the screenshot does not go through, it is a red box and the message ends with "permission denied" (or "access denied").
