Hello, I recently signed up to a prop firm (Take Profit) for their evaluation and before I was able to place my very first trade, sierra showed that I was already in positions and taken a big loss. I literally just signed up for this account this morning. I did not place a single trade but Sierra shows that I did. They wanted me to reach out to you guys to see if there is a bug related to the trades so that they can restore the account. Can you please help? Thank you in advance. |
