This is a common and frustrating problem, so I hope this helps a lot of people. I wish I could a paste picture here to show you what the "Trade Window" is, but I can't. So here's a description: the "Trade Window" is a vertical rectangular box that usually comes attached to the left side of a DOM. This "Trade Window" has all the buy and sell buttons, plus the flatten button and the immensely wonderful Break-Even button, the single most important feature that convinced me to switch to Sierra Charts and EdgeClear brokers. Just to the right of the orange and brown "CancelALL" button is a tiny gray box with the letter "M" on it. Click on this and the menu comes up that includes "Confirmations." Make sure each of these does NOT have a checkmark beside it (by click-toggling). Note that your order confirmations may not immediately stop. Just be patient. It seems to take a while for the system to get your message and stop sending order confirmations. Hope this helps. That cute little "M" button sits right in the middle of everyone's blind spot, as if it were camouflaged by space aliens with a sense of humor. :) Maybe it should be colored red or something. Cheers.
