Go to one of those charts , right-click before the missing bars and select Delete Data and Download. After that, please post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

If you still have a problem, also try temporarily disabling the firewall software you are running. The Windows firewall should not be causing a problem and does not need to be disabled.
