Package 3 gives you access to the basic functionality of Sierra Chart. There are some studies that you can not use, such as TPO Profiles and Numbers Bars, and it does not allow you to connect to an external trading service or get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Otherwise, you have general accessibility and can definitely use all the development tools we have available. If there is something specific you need for your development in terms of data, or a study, then let us know and we can tell you if you need a different package.
