Hi dear support team, have used Sierra already in the past but switched recently to new data feeds with Service package 10 + Denali for Nasdaq. If I type in a new symbol like TSLA or TSLA-NQTV it takes ages to download the data and if I apply a saved study collection to the chart I am left with only intraday data from the current day. All the past 6 months of data which was downloaded seem to be gone. Also I have set intraday days to load to 10 but still Sierra downloads 6 months of data for some charts and then on others only 1 month, have set trade data service settings to 60 days. Not sure what is the problem here, have read a lot and tried many different things but nothing seemed to work. Let me know if you know any fix around this. Cheers, Filip |
