Your NASDAQ TotalView exchange did not renew on November 1, 2022. So you are not getting the real-time data and you are not able to get the Market Depth data with the delayed streaming data. To reactivate the exchange, make sure you have enough funds in your account, then go to the Recurring Services page, scroll to the bottom and select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchange.
