The reason for the difference is that the Candlestick chart is an historical daily data chart whereas the TPO is an intraday data chart. Keep in mind that the exchanges send the Daily data separate from the Intraday data. The daily data includes the 24 hours of trading for the actual calendar day, whereas the day for the Intraday data is defined by your Session Times. We do see that your Session Times are set to the Calendar day (00:00:00 - 23:59:59), but this would also have to be in the time zone of the exchange to match up the days.
