Hi, I have package level 3 and I'm using the delayed data and trade evaluator. I created a new installation in order to get delayed cash indexes data based on https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#CashIndexes. I can now get delayed data for stocks (e.g. AAPL-NQTV) but I can't get any delayed intra-day data for $INX (also after waiting for 15 minutes). Is this not included as part of "SC Data - All Services"? Also, I have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "No" which is what I understood from https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DelayedExchangeDataFeed.php.
