I just tried doing the "easy solution" for the past hour and have had data problems for a week now. You know what. I am tired of trying to figure out how to get support here. I'm looking at my account and it says that it will auto renew in 20 days. I don't want to renew this and I dont see a way to turn it off. Please turn of the auto renew
