Good morning! When I went to open my chart, a message popped up stating I needed to connect to my live account at least once a month to get the data. Yesterday when I was having the problem with data loading, I was in SIM. I switched to live mode this morning and the chart populated so I think I'm good to go. Thanks so much for your help.
