Thankyou for the reply. Maybe Im reading this wrong but on your service package page, it says that with packages 10 or above you can connect to external connectivity. I am now on package 11 but cant get real time data when connecting to CQGWebAPI (I do have green connectivity box). I get the message "Real time market data only supported with Sierra chart data feed". Below is from your service package page "The Integrated Sierra Chart with Advanced Features Service Package includes external connectivity along with the same features as the Integrated Standard Sierra Chart Service Package (Package 10) with the following Advanced features" |
