Whenever you change your Current Selected Service you need to update the Symbols in your charts. Each service uses different symbols, and if you have the symbols for the wrong service, then the symbol will simply not be recognized. At this point, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. After that you should be fine.
